JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior PM / Program Manager JD

Infra Service Transition & Transformation Program oversight

Project Management experience in Data Center, End User Computing, Infra Tools Transition and Transformation experience.

Tracking Contractual Deliverables and Milestones

Primary owner for overall Transition Status reports, managing issues, risks

Consolidation & Tracking of Overall Integrated Program Plan (MPP), dependencies, RAID Log

Overall Program Quality Audit and co-ordination

1st level escalations management from Tower PM s & SLM s

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

Payment Milestones

Financial Governance

Manage Program Plan

Manage all meetings between HCL and Client Teams

RACI Client and Internal to HCL

(1.) To effectively manage a team of project managers to ensure timely completion of all customer project deliverables assigned to each team member (2.) To provide the required support to resolve escalated issues related to programs or projects undertaken and team performance (3.) To manage excellent relationships with customer or business units and ensure positive customer satisfaction for deliverables provided (4.) To implement best practices, develop processes or procedures and identify process efficiency measures so as to improve deliverables’ quality and innovate global project management methodology with a view to maximizing value provided to the business units (5.) To contribute to business growth through expansion of current service offerings and is accountable for scope, budget and delivery of projects (6.) To monitor the progress of all projects and deliverables so as to submit weekly project status reports in a timely manner (7.) To review and analyze deliverables and performance of teams across projects to ensure that all project deliverables are completed in the agreed customer timelines
