Job Description of Company Secretary + LLB
  1. Assist in secretarial compliances;
  2. Draft Board and General Meeting minutes and resolutions;
  3. Thorough understanding of the Companies Act, Rules, FEMA Guidelines, etc.;
  4. Good experience in legal due diligence and transaction services;
  5. Filing/Reviewing necessary forms with FEMA, RBI, etc.;
  6. Drafting and reviewing of legal documents;
  7. Good understanding of PPI Guidelines, IRDA Regulations, MF Guidelines;
  8. Assist in M&A Activities;
  9. Good understanding of financial statements;
  10. Maintain statutory books;
  11. Co-ordinate with other functions;

Ideal Candidate should –

  1. Must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
  2. Must be an LLB, LLM will be an advantage
  3. Have experience of 3-4 years
  4. Have strong communication skills
  5. Excellent drafting skills
  6. Good eye for detail
  7. Good research capabilities
  8. Problem-solving and analytical skills
  9. Ability multi-task and meet deadlines
  10. Good team player
  11. A high level of professionalism is required on the job at all times
