Job Description

 

Position: Catering Manager

 

Job Profile:

 

We need you to smoothly manage the various canteens at our Manapakkam campus.

Maintain high levels of hygiene, punctuality, service & quality.

Your responsibilities include efficiently serving up to 3,000 lunches daily to both our senior management & employees and meticulously implementing the service contracts.

Plan various South Indian, North Indian, & diet menus, cater to VIP’s, manage conferences, events, training programs, Director’s get-togethers, and the works.

 

Qualification & Experience:

 

If you possess a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology preferably from Government Institute.

 

You should have a minimum of 15 years in managing large industrial canteens of leading corporates.
