JOB DESCRIPTION:
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TRAINER
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Support the HCL TSS Freshers training program in Lucknow by training/ mentoring/ coaching the freshers (selected for a role in HCL) ; to develop their language, communication and behavioral skills.
Should possess excellent communication skills verbal/written and strong conceptual knowledge of English grammar and behavioral tools and approaches
Should be proficient at Microsoft Office (MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
Should have exposure to conducting TNI / TNA
Should be capable of designing and delivering incremental learning interventions
Should be capable of incorporating the latest methodologies and follow a blended learning approach
Should have exposure to Learning Management Systems and E-learning
Should have experience as a Communication and soft skills / behavioral skills facilitator in a corporate environment
Should be capable of incorporating the ADDIE approach to training content management
Should be capable of training scholars on integrated modules i.e. soft Skills, English Grammar and spoken English, for large/small groups
Have a committed, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing stakeholders
Knowledge of professional business communication, professional etiquette, and leadership programs is an added advantage
Should be capable of providing 1-1 feedback, coordinating IDPs & providing mentoring to employees
