JOB DESCRIPTION:

TECHNICAL TRAINER – DOTNET

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Support the HCL TSS Freshers training program in the above-mentioned location by training/ mentoring/ coaching the freshers (selected for a role in HCL) and to develop their skills in .Net

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

5-10 Years of experience in Technical Training.

This role requires the following skills;

OOPS, C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net & XML, WCF, MVC and database (MS SQL, Oracle)

Note: Certification in one or more of the above topics is mandatory.

Desirable

The following qualifications would be an advantage for this role;

Good knowledge on HTML, Javascript, UML, AJAX, Angular JS, Node and React JS, jQuery, VSS, JSON, CSS, Azure and Cloud,

Exposure to Mobile development and Xamarin will also be an added advantage.

Passion for Training/ Mentoring/ Coaching Freshers.

Desirable

The following Competencies and Experience would be an advantage in this role;

Prior experience within a Training service delivery environment, and should have written complex codes (programs) on the above technologies. Should be willing to up-skill and cross-skill as desired by the organization.

Proven ability to influence key decision-makers

Working knowledge of ITSM-based practices and ticketing tools, MS Office
