Wipro is hiring a Marketing Lead for its business in Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) to manage the implementation of marketing and communication activities that align with the growth and brand positioning strategy for the region. You will report to the Head of Marketing for Wipro A/NZ. You will be tasked with building plans and leading program execution to increase awareness of the Wipro brand and to grow our existing and new business in these markets. This position will require co-ordination with the global marketing teams at Wipro, as well as with the management and sales teams in the A/NZ region. The candidate should currently be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
About you:
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
A highly motivated marketer with the ability to deliver on multiple projects and tight deadlines
You’ll have 7+ years of experience in a similar marketing role in B2B technology
Proven experience in copy-writing – you’ll be able to create insightful content (both for internal and external communications)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable
Ability to use your initiative and work well independently
Qualifications in Marketing, digital design or communications will be highly regarded.
To help us level up, you’ll ideally have:
Responsible for planning, organizing and executing local events and campaigns working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing impact
Drive social media presence across A/NZ through planning, content and employee advocacy
Lead generation through digital channels and campaigns with familiarity working with various tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) for end-to-end program management and tracking
Website content management and production
Responsible for designing branded collateral and promotional materials
Managing and maintaining company intranet (SharePoint)
Copy writing of local thought leadership and internal communications
Managing deliverables across marketing and design agencies with clear briefing requirements and an ability to collaborate
Drive internal reporting accuracy of marketing projects.
