JOB DESCRIPTION:
DESIGNATION: Associate project manager
Skill evaluation (Mandatory):
Minimum 5+ years experience as a Project Manager working for ateast 2 full SDLC cycles
Minimum 3+ years experience in Claims Processing, Claims Adjudication, Medicaid / Medicare OR Healthcare insurance
Project Manager Certification such as PMP or equivalent
Ensure the project objectives meet the client’s requirements
Manage client acceptance and understanding of scope and deliverables
Determine the critical success factors and SLAs for the engagement
Report progress against budget and time frames to the client and to HCL Management
Monitor and manage client change-in-scope requests
Obtain change-in-scope acceptance by the client for increased costs, funding, and extended project schedule
Define and implement change control mechanisms
Ensure the quality of all project deliverables
Develop and implement the risk mitigation plan
Develop sound contingency plans within a risk mitigation plan
Design and implement an organizational project structure that works effectively and minimizes redundancy
Agree on and work to the acceptance, transition, and close-out plan
Review estimates performed by others to ensure that they are realistic and complete
Understand the issues around integrating multiple platforms
Maintain high-level understanding of software development and technologies
Understand how information systems can enable the redesigned business processes
Work closely with client management to drive the project toward achieving the intended business results
