JOB DESCRIPTION:

Basic Knowledge in Troubleshooting & diagnostic methodology

Study and understanding of engineering specs, IEEE Standards, & devise overall test strategy for new products

Regulatory for Safety, EMC, FCC etc.

Will be trained to cover all regulatory compliance test methodology and procedure

Understanding of EMC Test for products like Wifi, Cellular/mobile, Bluetooth and NFC etc.,

Understanding on OTA (Over the Air) which is part of cellular testing as part of the carrier certification

(1.) To collect requirements and create engineering documentation and Test plan (2.) To select critical components meeting product specifications (3.) To design schematics in ECAD tools and review connectivity (4.) Perform Design analyses like Signal Integrity, Power Integrity , Derating analysis (5.) Prepare PCB layout guidelines and work with PCB team in reviewing the layout for design rules and DFx (6.) Support and work with cross-functional team for HW dependencies with ME Team, SW team, FPGA team , Manufacturing team (7.) Preform HW Design verification test, Regulatoryorsafety compliance test and Prepare test reports for the same.
